Directly from the printing house, the newspaper Psomi by Paky Vlassopoulou comes to the shelves of the Tavros bakeries. A baker, Elissavet Koulouris, an architectural team, A Whale’s Architect  and an artist exchange ideas on the cultivation, fermentation, the process of making bread and the commodity of bread.
The texts have been translated (almost) into all the languages of the Tavros inhabitants – Greek, Punjabi, Russian, Albanian, Armenian, Arabic and French – and the newspaper is distributed free of charge to local bakeries.
You can find it at: O mtistos bakery (Anaxagora 47), Kathimerianiatis – Kaparos Bakery (Admiral Notara 24), Fournos Gianniotiko (Marathonos 30), Manos (Athanassiou Diakou 1), Choriatikos Bakery (Klazomenon and Patriarch) Ioar (Diomidou 20), O Sitos (24 Irini Ave.).
